Having entered Heather into the Reading half marathon a couple of years ago for her Christmas present (yes that’s right, I actually did!) she has now sought her revenge.

So on Sunday May 29th I have been signed up to cycle the London Ride 100, which is bike ride out into Essex, yes you’ve guessed it, for 100 miles.

Since January I have been heading out either on a mountain bike or road bike in the quest for getting fitter (none of this e-bike malarkey!). Living on top of a hill in the South Downs, means one thing - I always have to finish on a horrible uphill. Oh well, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger…

INFER (International NF Educational Resources) is a series of online educational lectures for medical professionals by leading neurofibromatosis experts. The Masterclasses take place online approximately once a month, each on a different topic, and include real-time interaction between the expert presenter and the participants. The presentations are conducted in English, with real-time audio interpretation available in 6 additional languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. A recording of each INFER masterclass is then be made available online in each language for those who could not attend an event.
