Now we've had a moment to catch our breath, we think it's time to take a look back at World NF Awareness Month 2025.  There's so much to spotlight, so many epic fundraisers, so many amazing events and unforgettable community moments.

Campaigns

Nerve Tumours UK spearheaded a number of campaigns for NF awareness in May, including a joint project with RBH which featured on train station billboards across the UK.

We are especially grateful to our Ambassador Emily Owen, who shared her thoughts and perspectives on a very special social takeover on NF2 Awareness Day.

Events 

May's main highlights were always the opportunities to speak directly with the NF community, and help Shine A Light on NF together.

Community Fundraisers

Nerve Tumours UK is built around our community, and as a charity that is one hundred percent donation funded; we love to shine a light on some of the amazing achievements of our community fundraisers and real life NF heroes.

Landmark Lightups

Our Light A Landmark Campaign in partnership with Children's Tumor Foundation (CTF)  was the biggest and best it's ever been, with 176 buildings across the UK and Republic of Ireland lighting up blue for NF awareness.
