Toad Hall Nursery Fundraising Day

Toad Hall Nursery hold an annual fundraising day, raising money for charities who are supporting their families.

This year they picked Nerve Tumours UK, as 3 year old Lily attends the nursery.

Last year, a number of staff did a 10 mile walk with Lily's mum Kayleigh, other parents, family and friends, all raising a significant amount of money.

Lily, with mum Kayleigh who ran the London Marathon earlier this year, dad Tom and sister Jess.

The children enjoyed having tattoos, face gems, making slime and catching a duck.

Kerry & Sarah organised the fundraising day, they are pictured here manning the raffle.

Chloe (Kerry's daughter) & Sophie (Sarah's daughter) supervised the tombola.

The awareness stall displayed various information leaflets and the spring edition of our biannual NTUK magazine which featured Lily's story.

The animals came from Basil & Crew mobile farm.

INFER (International NF Educational Resources) is a series of online educational lectures for medical professionals by leading neurofibromatosis experts. The Masterclasses take place online approximately once a month, each on a different topic, and include real-time interaction between the expert presenter and the participants. The presentations are conducted in English, with real-time audio interpretation available in 6 additional languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. A recording of each INFER masterclass is then be made available online in each language for those who could not attend an event.
