The New National Helpline

We have seen a marked increase in demand for our helpline services over the last few years, and we fully understand that waiting times have also increased for patients to see both primary and secondary care providers.

Therefore, from the beginning of October, we are expanding the National Helpline from two to three days per week. The Helpline will be operational from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

We realise that this may still not be convenient for everyone, and so on the intervening days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will be able to call the helpline number between 10am and noon each day to book an appointment to talk to the Specialist Neurofibromatosis Nurse within a set time on one of the operational days. 

We are here to help, no question is ever too small or unimportant.
