Can you help us to improve the way people receive genetic results?
Do you know someone who has received a genetic test result, or work with people who have?
We know that many of you have received genomic test results while you were driving, on the school run and even at work. That’s why we are supporting the NHS South East Genomic Medicine Service in their quest to improve the way people receive their genetic results.
To do that, we would encourage you to complete this short survey about your personal experience of receiving your genetic results.
They want to hear the positive, the challenging and everything in-between. The more feedback they get, the more improvements they can make.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.
We are working to improve how genomic test results are communicated to patients.
Your feedback will help us understand what works well and what could be improved, so we can make results and reports clearer, more supportive and easier to understand.
Your responses are completely confidential and will be used to improve our service.
