Erin’s 24 hour charity live stream
13 May 2024
Erin has NF1, passed down to her from her mother's side, it impacts her life in a variety of ways.
On Friday 17 May at 8pm, World NF Awareness Day, Erin is doing a 24 hour live charity stream fundraiser to help raise awareness of the condition. Join her online and pop in and out as you feel.
Celebrate World NF Day with Erin, meet others that are affected by NF, raise awareness and have some fun!
I'm a university student so it impacts my studies as I struggle with learning difficulties, along with having scoliosis,
so my day to day life is always changing, but it doesn't stop me from having fun!
My boyfriend is my biggest supporter, always making sure I am comfortable and has educated himself on NF so he can understand my condition more.
I came across Nerve Tumours UK when I was researching on which charity to fundraise for last year. However my NF Specialist had actually given me information sheets previously to give to my school to ensure they would help me in my studies.
My fundraiser is a 24 hour charity live stream over on twitch, where for a whole day I will be streaming games, chatting to friends and doing art - all to raise money for the charity.
I have donation goals where if we are to hit them, I am to do a "challenge", for example face painting or doing an In Real Life stream around Brighton! Included in this charity stream, I will be hosting a Minecraft tournament where 32 content creators will be fundraising more money.
Aside from content creation being my main hobby, I am a huge ice hockey fan and have been for 10+ years. I am also an artist, constantly creating art for my friends and community.
