The Nerve Tumours UK Helpline is run by our network of Specialist NF Nurses. Don’t keep yourself in the dark; seek answers to your questions.

Our helpline is available via email and phone to be as accessible as possible. It is totally confidential, and is the best way to begin your journey seeking further support.

The Helpline will be operational from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

We realise that this may still not be convenient for everyone, and so on the intervening days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will be able to call the helpline number between 10am and noon each day to book an appointment to talk to the Specialist NF Nurse within a set time on one of the operational days. 

We are here to help, no question is ever too small or unimportant.

INFER (International NF Educational Resources) is a series of online educational lectures for medical professionals by leading neurofibromatosis experts. The Masterclasses take place online approximately once a month, each on a different topic, and include real-time interaction between the expert presenter and the participants. The presentations are conducted in English, with real-time audio interpretation available in 6 additional languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. A recording of each INFER masterclass is then be made available online in each language for those who could not attend an event.
