The Nerve Tumours UK Helpline is run by our network of specialists. Don’t keep yourself in the dark; seek answers to your questions.

Our helpline is available via phone and email in order to be as accessible as possible and is the best way to begin your journey seeking further support.

The Helpline is operational from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

We realise that this may still not be convenient for everyone, and so on the intervening days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will be able to call the helpline number between 10am and noon each day to book an appointment to talk to the Specialist NF Nurse within a set time on one of the operational days. 

We are here to help, no question is ever too small or unimportant!

All calls and emails are treated in confidence and any information supplied will be entirely at your discretion. Such information will be shared with allied medical professionals, upon your agreement only (except for where there may be a valid safeguarding concern where our Safeguarding Policy would apply) and for the sole purpose of onward referral to primary services or relevant specialist services in secondary care.

INFER (International NF Educational Resources) is a series of online educational lectures for medical professionals by leading neurofibromatosis experts. The Masterclasses take place online approximately once a month, each on a different topic, and include real-time interaction between the expert presenter and the participants. The presentations are conducted in English, with real-time audio interpretation available in 6 additional languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. A recording of each INFER masterclass is then be made available online in each language for those who could not attend an event.
